Even before recruiting in the Class of 2013 kicked into full gear, several junior prospects saw their recruitments explode with offers coming in at a dizzying pace.
First it was Illinois offensive lineman Logan Tuley-Tillman, then it was Kentucky offensive lineman Hunter Bivin while Pennsylvania linebacker Alex Anzalone is among the most recent. But as Anzalone and the others are closing to running out of major BCS offers to acquire, South Carolina linebacker Ben Boulware is stepping to the stage as one of the nation’s hottest prospects.
“I want to say three weeks ago he had two offers and now he’s got like 18,” said Kenya Fouch, head coach of T.L. Hanna High School in Anderson, S.C.
“It’s happened really, really quickly.”
