When Ronnie Stanley started his recruitment over a year ago, Notre Dame wasn’t one of the schools he knew much about.
The 6-foot-7, 290-pound offensive tackle from Las Vegas was always interested in Notre Dame, but he didn’t realize how much until an official visit to South Bend in December.
“I always like Notre Dame, but my official visit really opened my eyes,” he said. “I fell in love with the place and almost committed during my visit, but I held off because I knew I needed to think things over. Once I got back home, I realized that Notre Dame was the place for me.”
